6' Table $65.00
8’ Table $75.00

You will receive a 20% discount if you prepay 2 weeks before each show. Here is the breakdown after discount is applied.

6’ Table $50.00
8’ Table $60.00

All vendors will have to fill out a vendor information card with your name, address, phone number, and what you'll be selling.

All booth fees need to be paid at arrival prior to set up.  Booth fees are non refundable.

Prepaid tables will guarantee a spot for the following show. If you choose to pay at the door your booth space is NOT GUARANTEED!

Table space preference is given to returning vendors. New vendors fill in the empty spaces.

We supply tables and chairs. Electricity is available, but please bring an extension cord.

No venomous, permitted or illegal animals allowed.

All animals MUST BE in EXCELLENT health. No Exceptions!

All animals must be properly caged or bagged; contact show managements for any questions.

All vendors will make customers aware of sales terms, including any guarantee or return policy AT TIME OF SALE.

All vendors are responsible for knowing and complying with all laws.

All mammals must have food and fresh water available at all times.

No species NATIVE to the state of Kansas allowed (unless you have a "game breeders license" ON HAND and a receipt showing you legally obtained (purchased) the animal).

All animals must be identified correctly.

NO TABLE SHARING! Each vendor must have his or her own booth.

Set up times will be from 7:30am to 10:00am on the day of the show. The doors will be open from 10:00am to 4pm. You MUST be set up by 9:45am. (Call if you're going to be late; or you'll lose your spot.)

If you can’t make a show for which you have reserved a table (or tables), please call us as soon as possible at 913-422-7489. Vendors who don’t call will NOT be able to reserve a table again.

No smoking inside showroom.

A list of allowed and prohibited animals available upon request.

Nothing is to be sold or displayed in hotel or parking lot.

Show management must approve all displays of animals.

Please be discreet if you are staying in the hotel. Make sure all animals are secure.

No rodents or feeder insects allowed, except for show management. This is a rule set forth by the hotel.

All rules are subject to change without notice.

Failure to abide by any of these agreements, you forfeit all fees paid and exit the show.
